Tap the "Emergency Contacts" section in Settings. You can add up to 5 email addresses. These contacts will be notified if you miss a check-in.

๐Ÿ“ง What happens when I miss a check-in?

If you miss your daily check-in deadline, our server will send an email alert to all your emergency contacts letting them know to check on you.

Absolutely. All your personal data stays on your device. We only sync your check-in status (not your contacts or history) for monitoring purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
